We cook food that is modern, innovative and packed with flavour using flavours, oils and spices from France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Lebanon and North Africa. Our dishes includes lots of fresh seasonal veggies, seafood, fish and succulent meats
Everything on the menu at Bowmers is prepared each day in our kitchen. We love food and take great joy from creating and preparing innovative dishes that are packed full of flavour.
We buy our raw ingredients freshly each day, searching out the seasonal best that’s on offer. The menu changes daily to reflect what we can get our hands on and what seems right for the day. Our crab (the star of our legendary Crab Soufflé comes to us from Budleigh Beach and our fish and seafood comes to us each day from Exmouth and Brixham. We work with Devon farmers who farm sustainably and produce high quality meat and poultry.
Our ambition is for our guests to eat casually and well and to take time over a meal at Bowmers, chatting, laughing and catching up with friends and family.
